Refunds

We do not generally offer refunds for services or products, however, we always want our customers to feel cared for, and will always do out best to make things right if something is damaged or defective, or just doesn’t feel right. Please contact us if you are unhappy in any way with products or services that you purchase from us.

Replacements & Shipping

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it a replacement item, contact us within 5 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any items that may need to be returned to us.
