Wellness & Herbal Consultation appointments include an in-depth intake and evaluation of the client’s health and wellness, as well as a follow-up appointment to discuss lifestyle, herbal, and other wellness recommendations.
INTEGRATIVE MASSAGE 
An integrated approach to massage incorporating multiple styles and techniques in order to create a massage that is unique to your needs. Although primarily a relaxation massage, these may include therapeutic work as needed. Includes add-ons at no charge.
STONE MEDICINE – 3 SESSION BUNDLE 
Daoist Stone Medicine is energy work rooted in ancient Classical Chinese Medicine practices that were used to help restore balance.  and are traditionally used for work at a constitutional level for physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, soul, ancestral, and other issues. Various types of stones, are placed on acupuncture points & meridians.  Herbs, essential oils, bodywork, and other types of energy work may also be included to help bring transformation and balance. (Includes 3 sessions – 1 month apart for the most successful results. Stones work deep and slow.)
